It's time to soup up your snack time!
Here is a recipe guide for preparing soup momo with Himalayan momo:
Ingredients:
- 1 package Himalayan momo
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Open the momo package, set sauce packets aside
-
In a large pot, combine the broth, water, onion, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. (you can add whatever floats your boat)
-
Reduce the heat to medium and add the frozen Himalayan momo to the pot.
-
We suggest you add the sesame sauce (orange packet) to the broth for a unique taste.
-
In the mean time, thaw the chili sauce packet either in a warm water or microwave. Pick your prey.
-
Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer the soup for 8-10 minutes
-
Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired. Enjoy! Make sure not to burn your tongue!
